What time does the Library open?
The regular opening hours of the library are:
 
Library Opening Hours
Monday - Friday 8.30 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
Saturday 8.30 a.m. - 1.30 p.m.
Sunday 8.30 a.m. - 1.30 p.m.
Public Holiday Close

Special opening hours would be made known ahead of time by
notices in and outside the library, and also in the lifts.

How many books can I borrow?

How much fines do I need to pay if I return my books late?
Please refer to the Borrowing Privileges table above for the late charges.

How can I renew or extend my books?
Renewal can be done over the counter or by call-in.

Monday - Friday: 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
Saturday: 9.00 a.m. - 12.45 p.m.
Sundays and Public Holidays - Call in renewal is not available.

How can I learn to search for journal articles in the SEGi E-Library?
Please sign up for Information Literacy classes at the Library Counter where
search techniques, citation, referencing skills are shared through individual and group sessions.
Suitable time slots can be arranged with the librarian conducting the session so as to ensure a comfort fit into your academic timetable.
