Koha Library Item Record
The item record carries information such as:

Title information
The title appears at the beginning of a record in bold blue colour.
Click on the title to get to the Item Description of the record which includes details such as
publisher, publication date and place, the ISBN (International Standard Book Number) and also physical details such as size, number of pages, whether illustrations are in colour or not, accompanying materials such as CD-ROM, maps, answer sheets, etc.
A Google Preview link is included in the detailed version of the record.

Author Information
The author(s) name appears in bold blue in the detailed record.
Click on it to find other library items by this author.

Subject Headings Information
A particular title may actually be relevant to more than one study topic.
These topics are called
subject headings
in the record.
e.g. A book with the title
Project management
is given subject headings
Project management
and also
Work breakdown structure
as the book concentrates on topics such as risks, changes, breakdowns, and critical path networks although these words are not in the book title.
e.g. A book with the title
Planning and management of meetings, expositions, events and conventions
has subject headings
Hospitality industry -- Management
and also
Meetings -- Planning
.
This means the book is suitable for hospitality planning as well as general usage by others who engage in planning for meetings, etc.
Click on a subject heading in a record to find other items with this subject heading as well.

Holdings Information
The Holdings Information states the Item Type, Location, Call Number, Status and Due Date.
•
Item Type (e.g. book, AV material, Bound Journal, E-book, maps or charts, theses
and dissertations.
•
Location provides choices of all the SEGi Libraries.
•
Call Number is the specific number given to a library item to denote where it should be shelved.
•
Status is either Available or Checked Out (borrowed out).
•
Due Date will be given if the item is Checked Out.

Title Notes
Title Notes contain information such as Contents of the item, Summary of the item, indicates the presence of an index and/or bibliographical references in the item.

User Actions
There are options to print, save searches, and search in Worldcat (other libraries), Google Scholar and Bookfinder.

Lists & Cart
•
Carts save your searches temporarily to enable you to take your time to choose your
reference materials. Once the browser is closed, the items saved in the cart
will be cleared.

Lists save search items permanently. But you need to log into your library account first.
